Brief

CBRE looked to refurbish their Leeds base of operations in mid-2019 and chose Dale Office Interiors as their fit-out and furniture partner.

Project size:
4,600 ft2

Collaborating with CBRE’s design team, Dale Office were tasked with the implementation for their vision for the 5th floor of Toronto Square in Leeds city centre, with our project team managing and delivering a high-quality refurbishment.

Some of the fit-out element involved all demolitions, repair works to the ceiling, new internal partitions and kitchen, reconfiguration of M&E services in addition to the installation of a new LED lighting system, flooring and redecoration .

Our team delivered this project on time and within 5 weeks to the exacting standard that CBRE have become accustomed to after working with us on 30 plus projects
over the past 18 months.

Key Features:
Some of the key features of the space are the glazed meeting room partitions, ornamented with graphic transfers of CBRE’s various UK office locations.

Another highlight of the space is the wooden slat feature walls in both the boardroom and collaboration space, which elevate the space and compliment the green feature flooring, injecting a natural feel to this city centre office space.

The kitchen is now a great hub for the Leeds team, with both boiling and chilled water point, 2 fridge-freezer units and seating area situated at the heart of the office space encouraging interaction between staff members.

Furniture Choices:
The award-winning Nova Wood range was used for the bench desking and meeting room tables. Due to the unique ash wooden legs, our team chose this range to compliment the natural tones throughout the design.
