An office ready for a hybrid working future

Our global energy client based in Leeds engaged with us to support the consolidation of two floors into one, creating spaces that are set for the hybrid way of work. 

This project included the overhaul of their internal conferencing solutions across 11 meeting spaces; the creation of a brand new boardroom;, and building a stunning canteen and kitchen, delivering a set of spaces that compliment the client’s new hybrid working style in just 4 weeks on site.

Office Technology Is Key

Technology is at the heart of modern business functions. Technology is the binding agent that connects the office environment and its people.

Our client understood the vastly changing requirements of the way their people interact with each other, the space and technology and that they now required a partner to support them to create spaces that support these changing needs.

 

As part of the fit-out works, we undertook a complete overhaul of the company’s AV infrastructure. Implementing simple plug and play solutions in small meeting rooms enabling individuals the ability to take their laptops and plug in two leads and have instant access to a 55″ TV, conferencing, speaker and microphone system whilst giving them clear audio and visual conferencing solutions for small teams meetings in a private space.

In the larger meeting rooms and boardroom, we implemented a one touch Microsoft enabled Teams system.  This facilitates a one touch conference call connection, without the need for any additional technology. 

A mixture of specialist wide angle camera with face recognition for clear visuals and multiple microphones for clear audio, connected to a dual-screen monitor system for a dynamic Teams experience, allows virtual participants and presented information to be on separate screens. 

The technological overhaul allows for a clear and professional conferencing experience within large meeting/boardroom environments, that is simple to use and control.
