Professional-services-firm-future

This white paper sets out the forces driving change within the field of Professional Services and how these might impact the Professional Services firm’s physical office space.

Has the pandemic simply accelerated plans for more modern, flexible working practices and spaces to support them? Or are offices now less important?

At Dale Office Interiors, we’ve partnered with Working the Future, a boutique future of work trend analysis consultancy, to unpick the interconnected trends transforming the delivery of Professional Services.

Working the Future conducted in-depth research into the future of Professional Services firms and undertook several interviews with senior partners in sector-relevant businesses for qualitative input. They analysed their findings against key future of work meta-trends that they track on an iterative basis.

We believe that by better understanding the risks, as organisations we become better placed to evolve faster and leverage the opportunities that present.

We hope this paper provides food for thought, and indeed some help with your direction-setting to enable you to successfully navigate the years ahead.
