We achieve this in several ways; by carrying out as much of the work as possible off site, by working in zones on site so that some of the office can remain operational, and by hiring only the most discreet staff.
You will be advised in advance of the installation schedule so that you can prepare yourself for the transitional phase.

At Dale we cover Category A and B fit outs to the highest possible standards. Using our network of trusted trades people and project managed by Dale your fit out will be on time and within budget.
A category A fit out includes basic finishes to the floors, walls and ceilings – the space is finished but with no fixtures and fittings such as partitions, meeting rooms or individual offices. The office space will be functional but not include the final specifications included in a category B fit out. Think of a category A fit out as a blank canvas that you can build your office on. We offer this service for landlord looking to prepare space for sale or rental.
A category B fit out is a finished office space that has been tailored to the exact requirements of the client, resulting in a space that is ready for occupancy. With our design and build team a Category B fit out can be a truly spectacular work space that delivers on your business goals.

One of the consideration people don’t realise when considering a office fit out is the M&E or Mechanical and Electrical elements, the core workings of any office, after all if you are intending to have a new boardroom but have no power, air conditioning or lights you don’t have a boardroom you have a box.
Essentially with M & E the framework and envelope of the building is in place but it is just a shell that is ready for the actual fit out. M&E covers everything from ventilation to power supply to heating and communications.
