Over 20,000 Sq.Ft of laboratory, and office fit-out for a Manchester based advanced material manufacturer

Our client reached out to Dale to design and build the office and laboratory spaces within the organisations new multi-million pound manufacturing facility in Manchester.  

Within the clients vast facility, Dale were tasked with designing  20,000 Sq.Ft of Cat B space, which we delivered over a 10 week programme.

Key elements of the project were:

• Specialist extraction and air control in the laboratory to facilitate a range of testing. The laboratory features galvanised worktops, epoxy sinks, swan neck mixer taps with aerating nozzles, wet rooms for mechanical part cleaning and fume cupboards. 
• Extensive M&E overhaul throughout the building.
• Creation of two large office spaces on the first floor, with secular offices for senior management in addition to varied meeting spaces. 
• The install of toilet facilities, with changing areas and shower provisions.
