After experiencing four years of strong growth, their old facility was no longer able to support their business and long-term growth plans. Due to this, the business acquired a new facility in Doncaster and they turned to Dale Office Interiors to create an office environment which would support their team.
Servelec occupied the 4th, 5th & 6th floors of Suncourt House, London. As a result of business consolidation, they wanted to occupy the 5th & 6th only. We developed a plan and design scheme which incorporated both key teams onto the 5th floor, leaving the 6th floor to be used as a meeting space.
