- Refurbished office space and new build, 2 story mezzanine
- Design incorporating company brand guidelines and colour scheme
- Focus on creation of new welfare and amenity area
- Creating harmony between office and storage space
Restore Document Management tasked us with a design, build and refurbishment project for their Manchester premises, with the creation of a 2 storey mezzanine to increase storage capacity and office space.
Realising the need to maximise existing space for the secure housing of client data, the mezzanine space was created through the construction of partition walls, ceilings and dry-lining to create a new 1000m2 space.
Existing office space was also refurbished, with a particular focus on creating a new welfare and amenity area to promote health, wellbeing and collaboration in the workplace. Open plan office space is complemented by multi-functional private offices.
Power & data, HVAC, flooring and decoration complete the final touches to the project.
“Dale Office were perfectly aligned to our requirements. All elements of the build were well managed with the three phases of the job completed on time and within budget. The Dale team were professional, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to minor scope changes to the project. The contractors used were professional with a good standard of workmanship.”
