Dale Office Interiors have added two new team members to their team after a record-breaking year. 2022 was a time of huge growth for the firm that also saw local and national design recognition being awarded: Fit-out of the Year at the Yorkshire business awards and a nomination for Design Practice of the Year at the prestigious Mixology Awards. This activity has meant that Dale Office Interiors have made steps to expand its team to support its growing client base.
Joining the Dale team are Lauren Close the team’s new Senior Designer, bringing over 10 years of experience and excellent concept and detail design skills, and Sam Woodcock as Estimator, who also brings 5+ years of experience in the industry to bolster the team’s capacity to produce detailed quotes. Dale see both being an integral part of the client experience and key to supporting the business’s journey to Net-Zero by designing and specifying sustainable build practices.
David Bricknell Managing Director of Dale Office Interiors said about the team growth:
“After two consecutive years of growth and an expanding portfolio of high-profile clients, we see 2023 as the perfect time to add additional experience and creativity to the Dale Office team, to further elevate our proposition to new and existing clients. 2022 was a break-through year for Dale Office, delivering a land-mark design and build project for LabLogic in Sheffield along with several high-profile projects in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and London, so it was time to expand the team to support our increasing client list across the UK.
These new hires not only bring a huge wealth of experience, but also fresh ideas, skills, and diversity of strategic thinking and approach. Our clients will immediately feel the benefit of this growth and we’re not done growing yet.”
Dale Office’s Marketing Manager, John Elliss, said:
“2022 was a breakthrough year for Dale, winning our first award and our nomination at the prestigious Mix Awards for best Design Practice. Our ambitions are vast, and we look to challenge the best in our industry to deliver projects that excite our clients and work for their people, whilst ensuring our projects reduce environmental impact. Both Sam and Lauren will enable us to ensure we achieve our 2023 goals and beyond.”
